The next activity was an absolute hit with the kids and this kept them engaged all morning! I made some "mud" play dough and gave them animals and trucks and then let their little imaginations run free! I enjoyed observing and listening to their many conversations during this invitation to play.
Little Blue Truck! We have been reading this book and today we brought it to life. Our first activity was to make a muddy truck. The kids put their trucks together and then we used brown paint, marbles and a container to shake up and create a muddy looking truck! The kids had so much fun shaking this container and and making noise with the marbles. They were so excited to see how their muddy trucks would look when they were done shaking the box. The next activity was an absolute hit with the kids and this kept them engaged all morning! I made some "mud" play dough and gave them animals and trucks and then let their little imaginations run free! I enjoyed observing and listening to their many conversations during this invitation to play.
