I did not feel it would be a good idea to dive into our next theme the day after Halloween. The day after Halloween = tired kiddos! I am sure with a little extra sleep tonight and a nutritious dinner they will bounce back to their usual selves in no time.
We used dot stickers to place on butcher paper, this is a great activity to get the kids moving and also excellent for creating conversations amongst each other. They stated the letter on the dot sticker, found the corresponding letter on the butcher paper, and placed the sticker on the paper. They also built letters and cut rectangles.
Tomorrow we will start our new monthly theme, Explore the Rainforest!
