They used small stickers to outline a heart. Sorting promotes logical thinking as toddlers need to use reasoning skills to determine where each item belongs in a particular category. Sorting can also be a social activity when done with peers. Sorting activities encourage communication, cooperation and teamwork. The older children sorted letters and the younger children sorted colors. They asked several times, "can we do it again?"
The preschoolers have been working so hard on their Valentine cards. They made a card for each of their friends and they did such amazing work! They used, stickers, pens, and markers.
