The kiddos also practiced cutting and drawing in their journals. It’s been so fun to watch their confidence grow as they work on holding scissors correctly and adding more details to their drawings.
We wrapped up the day with play dough fun! They rolled, pinched, cut, and shaped their creations into cakes, cookies, and even bacon! Play dough is such a great way to strengthen little hands while encouraging creativity and imagination.
The photo of the baby clothes is one of our sweet kiddos “doing laundry!” I jokingly told her she better be careful or I might put her to work folding my laundry full time. 😊 We love when dramatic play turns into real-life skills! Another wonderful day of learning through play!
