Today, the children made their own barn matching games! They colored each farm animal, cut them apart, and had so much fun finding the matching animals after spinning the wheel.
For open ended play, they built barns using popsicle stick, they could choose a template to follow or create their own unique barn!
We are working on the letter Ii this week. An uppercase I is made of straight lines, so in our journals we practiced drawing lines in a plaid pattern. The lowercase i looks like a candle, with a little dot on top!
